Model Selection Guide

Which commercial roll-up door do I need?

Start with the finished opening width, then consider workload, wind exposure, insulation and how the door will be operated.

Model 2000

Light-duty commercial

  • Openings up to 12′ wide × 16′ high.
  • 26-gauge corrugated curtain.
  • Manual push-up standard; chain hoist optional.
  • Best for shops, storage units and standard commercial openings.

Model 2500

Medium-duty

  • Openings up to 18′ × 18′.
  • Heavier construction than the Model 2000.
  • Best for warehouses, freight terminals and larger or harder-used openings.

Model 3100

Heavy duty

  • Openings up to 20′ wide × 18′ high.
  • HD guides with a 12-gauge windbar.
  • 12-inch galvanized spiral steel barrel.
  • Reduced-drive chain hoist standard.
  • Best for the largest openings, high-wind areas and maximum durability.

Quick decision

Up to 12′ wide: start with the 2000. From 14′ to 18′ wide or for heavier daily use: consider the 2500. For the largest openings or high wind: choose the 3100. For heated or cooled spaces, compare the insulated “i” version of each model.

Then confirm the details
